We follow an eating plan called the Ketogenic Diet.

Supplements To Take for Diabetes (Type 2)

These instructions are for a 150lb person.  You can take a little more or a little less depending on your size.

Take 1 capsule with lunch and 1 capsule with dinner. 

(2 total capsules per day) 

Take 2-3 drops per day with dinner.

People who get at least 15-30 minutes of sun exposure per day directly onto at least 25% of their skin – probably do not need this.
