Doctor approved treatments for Migraine Headaches

There are several things I recommend to my patients who suffer from Migraine Headaches.  These are solutions that are backed by research.

They are listed below by order of how much research each recommendation has.  I generally recommend that my patients do all of the treatments listed below.


Go to a Chiropractic Physician and an Acupuncturist

I recommend chiropractic adjustments with an instrument.  I have found that the results are better when using an instrument.

Take Magnesium daily, in the morning or before bed on an empty stomach.
