Kelly focuses on “Rebalancing yourself mentally and physically”. He has a range of services from physical training to corporate wellness. One of the areas Kelly does a lot of work with is anxiety.
Kelly asked what I do nutritionally to help with anxiety. I explained that digestion must be fixed first because brain chemicals are made in the gut and not in the brain.
