Why do you recommend Superfood Smoothies?

It is absolutely the best possible plan for me.  I had never had a smoothie before Dr. John introduced me to them.  It was something I loved and could actually follow.  I liked them so much, I left the corporate world and started a business to help promote them!  I have now been recommending superfood smoothies to everyone I know and have found an incredible follow through by people.

What is your greatest success story in helping another person get healthy?

If you haven’t seen the testimonial from “Uncle Jerry”, I encourage you to watch it.  It’s an amazing story.  Jerry is my wife’s uncle who was able to lose 70 lbs in 7 months, get his blood pressure back on track to where he was able to go off his medicine, improved sleep, significantly reduce atrial fibrillation episodes, and more.  I am so happy for Jerry and glad I was able to share the superfood strategy with him.

What type of physical activities do you participate in and why?

I love playing soccer, but hate exercising.  Since I only get to play soccer periodically, I bought a treadmill desk and walk while I work.  It’s amazing.  If you haven’t tried this – I highly recommend it.

What advice would you give to someone who is considering making positive changes to their diet, exercise regiment, or lifestyle in general?

Only do what you will actually follow long term.  If you find that you’re forcing yourself to do something that you don’t like, then you are not going to be successful in the long term.  For me – working out at 6am before work every day is not a successful strategy because it combines everything I hate (waking up early and working out).  So find something that you like.

The other thing I recommend is to do your homework.  I run all the business operations, manufacturing, and ingredient purchasing.  I have been absolutely astonished at the level of deception and misinformation that goes on in this industry.  Do as much research as you can before getting sold on anything.
