There are a few different names for Acerola Cherries, including Barbados Cherry, West Indian Cherry, and Wild Crepe Myrtle.  Acerola Cherries are native to South and Central America.

Well known as a superfood for it’s dense amount of vitamin C.  It also contains various antioxidants, b-vitamins, carotenoids, and flavonoids.  If you compare Acerola Cherries, there is 13x as much vitamin C in Acerola Cherries as their are in Oranges!
