Pea Protein Powder

Yellow Pea Protein

About Yellow Pea Protein Powder

Our personal favorite source of protein is yellow pea protein powder, which is found in Smoothie Protein.  We use Certified Organic, Non-GMO Verified pea protein powder with an 80% protein density and 100 mesh (the 100 mesh means it is very powdery and will mix very easily).  Yellow peas have a milder flavor that green peas, which is why we use yellow peas – because our goal of Smoothie Protein is to have the least amount of alteration to the flavor of your smoothie as possible.

Our peas are grown in North America.

Pea protein power is hypoallergenic, easy to digest, helps you stay full, low in carbs, and mixes easily.  Many people have issues with whey protein making you feel bloated, nauseous, or gassy – which pea protein is highly unlikely to do.

Peas are considered by many to be a superfood due to being a vegetarian source of packed protein, BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids), Lysine, Arginine, and Glutamic Acid.
