Ketogenic Recipe: Bacon & Egg Cups

Servings:  12 cups

Cook Time:  30 minutes



12 eggs

6 pieces of bacon

3 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese

12 slices of jalapeno



  1. Cook the bacon
  2. Crack a single egg into each muffin tin
  3. Divide the bacon into the 12 muffin tins. I like pieces that are about 1/3 inch
  4. Divide the cheddar cheese into the 12 muffin tins
  5. Break the egg yolk and stir the ingredients
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees
