Ketogenic Recipe: Bacon & Egg Cups

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
12 eggs
6 pieces of bacon
3 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
12 slices of jalapeno
Instructions
- Cook the bacon
- Crack a single egg into each muffin tin
- Divide the bacon into the 12 muffin tins. I like pieces that are about 1/3 inch
- Divide the cheddar cheese into the 12 muffin tins
- Break the egg yolk and stir the ingredients
- Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees
