CHANGING OR CANCELLING AUTOSHIP
Our products have a discounted auto-ship option that many of our customers enjoy. You can cancel or change your autoship schedule at any time for any reason … and we make it super simple to do!
All you need to do is call us (888.865.7848), email us (email@example.com),or you can do it yourself through the website! The instructions for how to do it yourself are below.
Some of the most common changes people ask for (which we can support) are:
*Changing products that are in your autoship plan.
*Changing the date. Some people will ask to ship sooner, skip a month, etc.
*Changing payment methods.
We can easily support almost all scenarios. And we can do it for you or you can do it yourself.
We also send you a reminder email 1 day prior to each shipment.
HOW TO CANCEL OR UPDATE YOUR AUTOSHIP SCHEDULE YOURSELF (THROUGH OUR WEBSITE)
Before you start: Be a little patient. Many actions you take can take 30 seconds to load (sorry … but hey – unlike any other website, at least we have this option for you to do it yourself!)
Step 1: Login to our website (link)
Step 2: Go to the my account section of the website (link)
Step 3: On the left hand side of the my account page, you will see a link for “Autoship Schedules”. Click that. You should see something like this (be patient, it can take 30 seconds to load):
Red Box: You can change the date of your next shipment / bill date. Just click it it and change it to whatever you want.
Orange Box: You can remove any item(s) from your schedule. If you only have 1 item on autoship and just want to cancel, don’t do this … you’ll just click the puple box for “delete schedule”. This orange box is for those who have multiple items on autoship … and want to remove 1 of the items from their schedule.
Blue Box: You can add items(s) to your schedule.
Green Box: If you used a coupon code in the initial transaction, it should automatically carry through to the future autoship orders. But if you find a new or different coupon code you want to use, you have the ability to do so really easily.
Purple Box: This is how you cancel the autoship schedule.
