How to Return an Item
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We return unopened items or opened items that you are not satisfied with. .

- Mail your returned item to:

- Include in your package:
- a. Original receipt. (you can reprint this or look it up by clicking on “Order Status” in the footer of our website)
- b. Letter stating the reason for your return.
You are responsible for success of delivery to our returns center. Any packaging “lost” during transit are the responsibility of the customer and not My Nutrition Advisor.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Points earned from the original purchase will be deducted from your account for refunded products.
If you used points to purchase your product, you will receive points back for a successful return.
