What are Apples good for?

Apples keep the doctor away.  Turns out that is a correct statement.

There are a large variety of apples with over 7500 types.

When eating them, make sure to eat the skin because many of the important flavonoids are found just beneath the skin.  It is best to buy organic because you should be eating the skin and they can be heavily sprayed.

What are the best ways to eat them?

Make sure the ones you eat are organic and raw to get the most health benefits.
